Delivery Process
We deliver directly to your place.
We will contact you to check if you can receive the package before the delivery starts. If the delivery is not available due to reasons such as not being at home, the delivery will be postponed to the next delivery date.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Delivery Fees
The basic delivery fee is $30 dollars per order.
The delivery fee is different depending on the weight of the products per order.
If the total weight of the products exceeds 90 lbs. the shipping cost will increase.

Free Store Pick up (Free)
-To pick up your Betterday order at the online store, choose the Pick Up option when checking out.
- We'll send you a Ready For Pickup email when your item is ready and waiting for you at the store.
- Once you recieve your Ready For Pickup email, head to the store to pick up your items.
