SPECIAL ORDERS
Our inventory is extensive and growing with each shipment! Though we have many products to choose from, we understand that there may be a few more that our customers would like us to bring in. Betterday's special ordering option is ideal for customers who want a certain item that we don't carry at the moment.
HOW TO SPECIAL ORDER
FIND ITEMS
Visit IKEA's website below and search for the item you're looking to order.
REQUEST
Complete the order form below. Make sure to include:
- Product name
- Description
(size, color)
- Article number
We check the availability of the item(s) with IKEA and calculate the overall price, including shipping & handling.
AVAILABILITY
An invoice will be sent to the e-mail provided, within 3 days from submission of form.
INVOICE
Payment can be made through PayPal or cash and credit at the physical store. Once payment has been confirmed, we get to work getting your item(s) to you.
PAYMENT
FIND PRODUCT NAME, DESCRIPTION AND ARTICLE NUMBER
Product name & Description:
You can find these to the right of the product photos.
Article Number:
This can be found right below the product photos on the left of the page. Usually it is also right above the "Product Details" category.
BEFORE ORDERING
Things to know
Shipping Time:
Allotted time for an order to arrive ranges from about 4-8 weeks.
Delays:
Shipping delays happen and we have no control over when they do. If the shipping time for your order exceeds 8 weeks, you may have your order 100% refunded.
What items can be ordered?
Special orders only pertain to larger furniture items.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your special order, we will only be able to refund 50%, given the order was paid in full.
Deposit:
All special orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit.
Arrival:
When your item arrives, we will give you a call or send you a message to let you know that it is available for pick-up.
If item is damaged on arrival:
If your item is damaged you will be notified and we will issue a full refund.
Assembly & Delivery:
If you wish to have your item assembled or delivered locally, separate charges will be added.
How often are shipments received?
When all goes smoothly and no delays are encountered, we get shipments twice a month.
Ordering a bed frame:
When ordering a bed frame, customers must also purchase a mattress to go with the frame. However, with queen size bed frames you may order just the frame itself.
