RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE AND ONLINE:
At Betterday you have 7 days to return items for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is still in saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
By saleable condition, we mean:
- the item is still in original packaging and has not been opened or used.
- all manuals, packaging, tools and accessories are included.
- all tags on the item are intact.
*exchange for items of greater value will require the customer to pay the difference of the items.
*exchange for items of lesser value will be refunded the difference.
IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR HAS MISSING PARTS:
Please inspect all pieces before assembling. If there are any pieces missing or any damage to part of your item, please take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of purchase. One of our associates will respond in a timely manner and help you replace or give a refund for the item. If the item has already been assembled, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS:
If there is a request to cancel a special order or a pre-order, we will give a 50% refund, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
*We provide dimensions for furniture on our website and highly recommend that our customers measure accordingly before purchase.
